Before purchasing a Founder's Pack, please review the following information.
You can play the game only through the platform where you purchased it. If you purchase it on Steam, you can play only through Steam. If you purchase it on PURPLE, you can play only through PURPLE.
All platforms share the same servers, so all players can play together regardless of their purchase platform.

Notes
1. The Founder's Pack is a pre-purchase product available before the official launch. In certain countries, sales may occur while the age rating review is still pending.
2. Depending on the final age rating determination, certain terms of service and conditions may change. If you do not meet the finalized eligibility requirements, access to the game may be restricted.
3. Founder's Packs sold on PURPLE and Steam are purchased separately. Purchasing multiple packs will not grant additional rewards/benefits, and items cannot be traded with other players.
4. The 5-day advanced access period does not stack. Purchasing multiple Founder's Packs will not extend your advanced access duration.
5. The 5-day advanced access is restricted to the platform where the Founder's Pack was purchased. Cross-platform access between PURPLE and Steam is not supported during the advanced access period. However, all players will play together on the same servers regardless of where the purchase was made.
6. Unique Grade Title included in the Founder's Pack [Vanguard of Atreia], Armor Skin [Ascended Deva (Skin: Set) (Bound)]/[Moonlit Aria (Skin: Set)(Bound)], Weapon Appearance [Weapon Skin Chest: Eternal Sun (Bound)], Pet [Black Dragon], and Wings [Blazing Sun Wings (Bound)] are appearance-only products, and no additional stats are granted.
7. For the Founder’s Pack, cancellations and refunds are available until the game launches. After the game launches, cancellations and refunds are available within 14 days, provided that playtime is less than 2 hours.
8. The company reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time at its sole discretion due to exchange rate fluctuations or other factors. Price adjustments will only apply to purchases made after the changes take effect.
9. Advanced access begins on September 30 and runs for 5 days. The start and end dates are identical for all buyers, regardless of when individual Founder's Packs were purchased.
10.During the 5-day advanced access period, server maintenance and patches may be conducted to ensure service stability. Consequently, actual playable time may be less than the stated 5 days.
11. Purchasing a Founder's Pack is required for Advanced Access. If the Advanced Access period is already underway, you can join immediately upon purchase.
12. Refunds for products purchased via Steam or PURPLE will be processed in accordance with the respective platform's refund policy.
13. Membership benefits are valid for 30 days from the time you click the activation button after purchasing the membership plan.
