Hello, Daevas!
First, we want to say thank you. We're grateful for the enthusiasm and support you've shown since the start of Early Access, as well as the time you've taken to send us so much feedback. We are currently reviewing all feedback and considering it from various angles. Among this feedback, we've confirmed that many Daevas have found the outfits provided in the Founders Pack to be a significant obstacle when playing with friends on different servers, or when leveling up other classes. To allow players to enjoy a freer and more fun experience, we've decided to change the Founders Pack outfits so that they are available to all characters across all servers.
What is changing?
Once implemented, you will be able to use the cosmetics included in your Founder's Pack on every character on your account, on any server.
The cosmetics you may use is based on the pack you purchased:
Standard Founder's Pack
- Unique Title [Vanguard of Atreia]
Deluxe Founder's Pack
- Unique Title [Vanguard of Atreia]
- Armor Skin [Ascended Daeva]
- Weapon Skin [Eternal Sun]
Ultimate Founder's Pack
- Unique Title [Vanguard of Atreia]
- Armor Skin [Ascended Daeva]
- Weapon Skin [Eternal Sun]
- Armor Skin [Moonlit Aria]
- Pet [Black Dragon]
- Wings [Blazing Sun]
Ineligible items: the 30-day membership, the Daeva's Campaign Supply Chest, the Daeva's Styling Chest and their contents. These remain one-time rewards and keep their current rules.
When will this happen?
We ask for a little patience while we work through implementing the change allowing the Founder’s Packs cosmetics to be distributed to all characters on all servers. It may still take several days, and the solution will be completed after the end of Early Access. However, today we are committing to you the access on all your characters**.** As soon as the approach is confirmed, we will publish a second update covering how your characters will get access, what you need to do, if anything, and when.
What if this changes which Founder's Pack I want?
Some of you chose a lower tier pack because of the original limitation. If this change makes you want a higher-tier pack, we don't want you to pay twice:
- On Purple, you can upgrade your Founder's Pack to a higher tier.
- On Steam, if you purchase a higher-tier Founder's Pack on the same account, you will be able to request a refund of the lower-priced pack through Customer Support. The exact process will be part of the follow-up update.
This change comes directly from the feedback you shared during Early Access. Early Access is there for us to learn how you play, hear what works and what doesn't, and improve AION 2 with you. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts on Founder's Packs. We'll be back with the next update as soon as the solution, process and timeline are confirmed.
